How do I add an account?

  1. Tap 'Accounts'
  2. Under eBay tap 'Add Account'
  3. Sign into your account
  4. Tap 'I Agree'

How do I view my auctions I have listed?

  1. Tap 'Dashboard'
  2. Swipe to the account you want to view your listed items
  3. Tap below 'Listed' to view your listed items
  4. Tap an item to see item details

How do I view a single item I have listed?

  1. Tap 'Dashboard'
  2. Swipe to the account you want to view your listed items

How do I refresh my Dashboard?

  1. Tap the Refresh Icon at the top right of the Dashboard

How do I view items I am selling that have bids?

  1. Tap 'Dashboard'
  2. Swipe to the account you want to view your items selling
  3. Tap below 'Selling' to view items with bids
  4. Tap on an item to view item details
  5. Tap on the blue circle with arrow to the right of the bid to view bidding history
  6. Tap on the blue circle with arrow to the right of the bidder name to view bidder feedback

How do I view my sold items?

  1. Tap 'Dashboard'
  2. Swipe to the account you want to view 'Sold' items
  3. Tap below 'Sold' to view sold orders and their items

How do I send an invoice?

  1. Tap on 'Sold' of the account with the sold order
  2. Tap on 'Not Paid' of order you want to send an invoice
  3. Select 'Send Invoice'
  4. If a buyer has more than one order you can choose to group the orders into one order by tapping on the 'Invoice for __ item' and check all that you want to group into one order
  5. Tap 'Shipping Options'
  6. Tap the '+' at top right to add one or more shipping options
  7. When finished adding shipping options tap the 'New Invoice' at top left to continue the invoice
  8. Select whether or not to 'Email Invoice To Me'
  9. Type a message to your Buyer (only works for single orders)
  10. Tap 'Done' at top right and your invoice will be sent

How do I leave feedback?

  1. Tap on 'Sold' of the account with the sold order
  2. Tap on the 'Feedback - Not Complete' of the sold order
  3. Select Positive or Neutral or Negative
  4. Type in your Feedback
  5. Tap 'Done' to leave your Feedback

How do I mark an item as shipped?

  1. Tap on 'Sold' of the account with the sold order
  2. Tap on 'Shipment - Not Shipped'
  3. Select 'Mark as Shipped'
  4. You may just tap 'Done' at top right and the item will be marked as shipped or you may add Tracking information by sliding the 'OFF' button to 'ON'
  5. Tap on 'Shipping Carrier'
  6. Tap the correct Shipping Carrier
  7. Tap on 'Tracking #' and type in the tracking number
  8. Then type your note to Buyer in the 'Notes' section
  9. Tap 'Done'

How do I unmark an item as shipped?

  1. Tap on 'Sold' of the account with the sold order
  2. Tap on 'Shipment'
  3. Select 'Unmark as Shipped'

How do I track a shipment?

  1. Tap on 'Shipment' of the sold order that the tracking information was input
  2. Select 'Track'

How do I mark an item as paid?

  1. Tap on 'Sold' of the account with the sold order
  2. Tap on 'Not Paid' of the order that payment was received
  3. Tap on 'Mark as Paid'

  1. Tap on the listed item you wish to revise
  2. Tap 'Edit' at the top right

How do I make a second chance offer?

  1. View Sold item and tap on the Action icon
  2. Select 'Send Second Chance Offer'
  3. Tap 'Offered to' and select the bidder you want to send the Second Chance Offer to
  4. Tap 'Valid for' and select the duration (1, 3, 5, 7 days) for the offer
  5. Type a note if you want to include a message with the offer
  6. Tap 'Done'

  4. If you want to delete an item select the 'Delete Listing'
  5. If you want to deactivate an item select 'Deactivate Listing'

How do I Reactivate an item?

  1. Tap on 'View inactive items'
  2. Tap to view an item
  3. Tap on the Action icon
  4. Select 'Activate Listing'
  5. It will ask you 'Activate Listing?'
